Description

Dorotea municipality is looking for an employee for a 25% temporary position during the parental leave of regular staff.

As a communicator, you will play a crucial role in conveying the municipality's work to citizens and visitors. You will:

• Create and distribute content to our various platforms, such as the website and social media.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure that the municipality's messages are communicated clearly.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for communication and a desire to make a difference. You will be an important link between the municipality's operations and the residents, allowing you to shape and convey our identity and values.

Responsibilities

The role includes overall responsibility for the municipality's internal and external communication. The work is both strategic and operational and aims to strengthen Dorotea municipality as an employer and increase attractiveness. In this role, you will plan and implement internal and external communication, produce and publish content on the web, intranet, and social media, and monitor and analyze news flows and external communication.
